Job summary

You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, ordering, receiving and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with focus on program execution and product implementation.
• Drive customer service excellence and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff and coaches.
• Plan schedules to meet labor and sanitation standards.
• Manage ordering, receiving and inventory control.
• Uphold sanitation standards and inspections.
• Monitor promotions, merchandising and pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with District Manager on strategic initiatives.
