Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling to meet labor guidelines and cover shifts.
• Assist with product ordering, receiving and build-to levels.
• Maintain merchandising, signage and store appearance.
• Perform weekly inventories and cost control tasks.
• Oversee sanitation programs and compliance with safety standards.
• Handle accounting tasks such as cash handling and deposits.
• Serve as Acting Senior Manager in GM's absence.
