Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store management or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast, friendly service and handle customer complaints.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff; foster positive team culture.
• Develop schedules to optimize labor in foodservice operations.
• Assist in product ordering and receiving to maintain quality and temp control.
• Maintain merchandising standards and promotional signage.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventories and cost-control activities.
• Ensure sanitation standards and employee health practices are followed.
• Handle back-office tasks: invoices, cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
