Job summary

Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to drive guest experience and store performance in a dynamic retail environment. You will coach the team, lead hiring, and model the Every Guest, Every Time sales process to achieve targets.

You’ll mentor your Assistant General Manager, participate in leadership calls, and complete required trainings. This hourly role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales with some leadership preferred
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED; legal to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions to grow as a leader
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including staffing and scheduling
• Maintain store performance with inventory compliance and daily metrics
