Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Senior General Manager to shape the guest experience and lead a high-performing store team in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. You will coach your Assistant General Manager and staff to exceed sales targets while upholding operational excellence.

You will drive accountability, implement the company vision daily, and participate in leadership calls and training as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions to keep growing as a leader.
