Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store sales team, coach associates, and drive performance. You will own daily operations, support staffing decisions, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and store-level results in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening and weekend shifts are common; compensation includes base pay with uncapped commissions and store bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
