Victra is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach, mentor, and develop talent while owning daily operations and sales performance alongside the General Manager.

You will manage staffing, merchandising, and customer flow, ensuring targets are met and store standards are upheld in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Own personal sales performance and lead the store's commitments.
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with Facilities/Network/IT to ensure store uptime.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
• Maintain daily scorecards and coach in the moment to hit targets.
