Victra is seeking a General Manager to shape the guest experience and lead a store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive high-performance results on the floor and run the store like a business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance.

You will mentor your Assistant GM, lead talent development, and own the store's results with accountability for sales, service, and operations.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience, with leadership exposure.
• Management experience in a commissions-based environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Own the hiring process for your store and select top talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and reinforce the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed goals and service objectives.
• Own store numbers and daily metrics; manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Lead as a Victra brand advocate and communicate company priorities to your team.
