Victra is seeking a General Manager to shape guest experience and lead a high-performing team in a competitive retail environment. You will coach your staff, exceed sales targets, and drive operational excellence with paid training and ownership mindset.

You will develop your Assistant General Manager and lead through talent management, outcomes, and customer-focused solutions, while promoting Victra's core values and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak periods
• High school diploma or GED

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
• Teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
