Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales associates, and drive performance. You will own store results, manage daily operations, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and a dedication to hitting sales targets. You will coach through daily interactions, manage staffing and planograms, and collaborate with leadership to execute merchandising standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Own the store’s metrics, lead by example on the sales floor, coach one-on-one.
• Manage store operations, schedules, and opening/closing activities.
• Drive customer experience and resolve issues on the floor.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising to ensure store readiness.
