Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a clean, safe, and well-stocked store while driving sales, margins, and operational efficiency.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with peers and district staff, occasional travel to support neighboring stores, and a focus on developing teams through cross-training and leadership rotation.

Formación

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate customer flow and adjust schedules to ensure coverage.
• Plan for sales spikes and maintain in-stock position.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional in-store service and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Rotate through Specialty and Operations to support cross-training and development.
