Job summary

Lowe’s in Leesburg, VA seeks a Store Manager – MST ASM to lead a high-performing team across sales, service and operations. You will oversee daily store responsibilities, drive in-stock positions, and ensure safety and strong customer experience while coaching supervisors and associates.

Qualifications

• 2 Years Experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 Years Experience working in a fast-paced, cross- functional work environment
• 1 Year Experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility
• 1 Year Experience directly managing a team of sales associates (commissioned or non-commissioned) in retail, business-to-business, outside sales, or consumer service industry (Specialty ASM)
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in retail store freight flow logistics (Operations ASM)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of supervisors and associates delivering customer service and in-stock position.
• Sets measurable service and operational goals and tracks progress daily.
• Manages store opening/closing procedures and payroll to match forecasted plans.
• Drives safety, shrink prevention, and cleanliness across the store.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members.
• Addresses associate relations concerns and escalates when needed.
• Executes service, pricing and operational programs to meet store goals.
• Oversees MOD activities and ensures proper staffing for customer traffic.
