The role oversees new business and renewal pricing, P/L metrics, and training for staff, with opportunities for strategic growth and leadership within a matrix structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 6 years of underwriting experience.
• Experience managing large blocks of stop‑loss business.
• Strong financial and risk analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite new and renewal business within an assigned block.
• Collaborate with Sales and Clinical to set pricing actions.
• Coach staff and expand underwriting best practices.
