Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Product Sales Manager for Starlink Fixed Site, based in Palo Alto, CA.

You will drive revenue growth by shaping pricing, product and GTM strategies, while coordinating with engineering, operations and legal teams to deliver compelling enterprise solutions across global markets. The role requires 5+ years in technical sales or product management and enterprise network infra experience, with willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business or 5+ years of experience in lieu.
• 5+ years of technical sales or product management experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise network infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Refine pricing, product and GTM strategies for revenue growth in fixed sites, retail and commercial buildings.
• Defend pricing, product and GTM recommendations internally to drive revenue growth.
• Support integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink's portfolio including pricing, operations, and product management.
• Support sales engagements, engage with customers, and answer questions on commercial models and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral for sales teams, resellers and direct customers.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with Sales Operations to improve go-to-market processes for new offerings.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
