Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink Enterprise Sales team is hiring a Sr. Product Sales Manager for fixed site deployments to drive revenue and adoption worldwide. The role blends business and technical acumen, requires deep knowledge of Starlink products and network, and works with a high-velocity team.

You will work onsite at Bastrop, TX, travel ~50%, interact with cross-functional teams, and represent Starlink at conferences and events while building sell-through collateral and enabling customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth.
• Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s portfolio including pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
• Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral to support Starlink’s sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
• Work in partnership with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
