Job summary

VIRGO AND ARIES LLC is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive for a fully remote, national role. You will focus on new client acquisition and closing deals across the United States, selling professional staffing, direct hire, contingent staffing, and MSP-style service models to mid-market and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in professional staffing sales and a proven track record with Fortune 1000 and mid-market accounts, plus strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven success in new client acquisition within the professional staffing sector.
• Strong network within the talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
• Established relationships with decision-makers in technical and professional fields.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Navigate complex decision-making structures and influence key stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Attend industry events and represent the organization professionally.
• Expand adoption of advanced staffing service models and solutions.
