Job summary

Nova Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with 7+ years staffing experience to join our fully remote national sales team. You will prospect and close new business, build customer relationships, and grow our US market share with a hunter mindset.

You will expand our MSP Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US, managing the sales process from outreach to onboarding, and traveling to industry conferences 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

• Proven success in acquiring new clients in staffing or professional services.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Strong network with Enterprise and Mid-Market decision makers.
