Job summary

Cenero is seeking an On-Site Staffing Manager to lead a team of technicians and engineers deployed at client accounts. You will recruit, hire, train, and manage performance while ensuring staff fit, growth, and alignment with client expectations.

This role partners with Client Success and Sales to expand staffing services across accounts and drive profitability. You will engage with client leaders from day-to-day contacts to CIOs, build feedback loops, and ensure staff have a clear career path

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a team of technical or client-facing staff.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management experience.
• Strong executive presence with client stakeholders at CIO/VP level.
• Ability to assess technical aptitude and match staff to accounts.
• Working knowledge of AV/IT systems and support environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the On-Site Staffing team and manage personnel assigned to client accounts.
• Own full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, termination decisions.
• Evaluate fit of on-site staff to accounts and reallocate as needed to maximize success.
• Collaborate with Client Success/Sales to identify staffing needs and expand on-site staffing within accounts.
• Serve as customer-facing point of contact for staffing engagements at various client levels.
• Administer monthly customer surveys and lead service review meetings with client stakeholders.
• Hold regular team meetings and ensure attendance at mandatory service meetings.
• Develop a visible career path for on-site staff beyond current accounts.
• Coordinate backfill and surge staffing with Dispatch/FSE and NOC/TSE teams.
• Partner with Client Success and Sales to grow staffing offerings.
• Create a scalable, unified on-site staffing model across customers.
• Own financial performance for staffing against labor cost, margin, and utilization.
