Cenero is seeking an On-Site Staffing Manager to lead technicians and engineers assigned to customer accounts, handling recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities include evaluating staff fit, partnering with Client Success and Sales, and maintaining regular client-facing communication. Travel to customer sites may be required, with a focus on scalable staffing practices and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a technical or client-facing team.
• Experience with full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, performance coaching, and termination.
• Ability to assess technical aptitude and fit for accounts.
• Knowledge of AV/IT systems and support environments.
• Executive presence to build trust with CIOs, VPs, and directors.
• Experience creating customer feedback programs and career paths.
• Financial acumen for labor cost, margin, and utilization.
• Collaborative mindset with Sales, Success, and Service Operations on staffing.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the On-Site Staffing team for dedicated accounts.
• Own full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, reviews.
• Evaluate fit of on-site staff and reassign as needed.
• Partner with Client Success or Service Sales to resolve staffing issues.
• Serve as customer-facing point of contact at client sites.
• Administer monthly customer surveys and lead service reviews.
• Hold regular team touchpoints and mandatory meetings.
• Develop career paths with growth opportunities.
• Coordinate backfill, surge staffing, and coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to expand on-site staffing.
• Create unified staffing model and best practices.
• Own financial performance against labor cost and margin.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
