Job summary

TwelveLabs is building the intelligence layer for video data and is seeking a Staff-level Product Manager for Platform Integrations. You will own the roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships with major clouds and data platforms, guiding strategy and measurements across teams.

You will work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and VP of Revenue to shape the strategy, validate demand, and drive multi-platform integrations that unlock scalable adoption for customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with partnerships/platforms/integration focus.
• Customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design.
• Experience with major cloud/data platforms and their AI/ML services.
• Clear, concise written communications across technical specs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships with cloud providers and data platforms.
• Collaborate with platform product and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship integrations.
• Identify risks behind integrations and design tests to validate demand before engineering.
• Translate multi-stakeholder requirements into clear product specs for internal and partner teams.
• Oversee end-to-end integrations including security reviews, GTM enablement, launch, and co-sell readiness.
• Align teams on roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and joint go-to-market plans.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as success metrics.
