Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the engineering organization responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customers' environments and integrating it with their ecosystems.

You will own the deployment strategy across public cloud, private cloud, on-premise, and partner environments, partnering with Product and GTM to translate requirements into scalable capabilities. This is a cross-functional, customer-facing leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems leadership.
• Experience deploying complex software/AI systems into enterprise environments.
• Strong cloud, networking, and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments across public/cloud/on-prem environments with customers and partners.
• Own engineering strategy for integrations into customer ecosystems and data platforms.
• Establish end-to-end deployment tooling, automation, and observability practices.
• Build scalable, repeatable deployment patterns and platform capabilities.
