Job summary

TwelveLabs seeks a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the engineering organization responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customers' environments, including hyperscalers, private cloud, on‑premise, and other complex setups.

You will own the engineering strategy for deployments, build scalable integration patterns, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems experience.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Proven track record deploying software/AI systems into enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering lifecycle for customer deployments and integrations across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Build scalable integration patterns across enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Establish standards, tooling, and playbooks for repeatable deployments.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to embed deployment considerations into architecture.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable deployments with strong security and compliance.
