Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the engineering org responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customer and partner environments. You will own the deployment strategy across hyperscalers, private cloud, and on-premise, delivering scalable, reliable integrations and repeatable patterns.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Security to translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities, build tools for faster

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering, infra, or distributed systems with global team leadership.
Experience deploying complex software, AI/ML systems, into enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of cloud infra, distributed systems, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production operations.

Responsibilities

Lead deployments across cloud, private cloud, on-premise, and customer environments.
Own engineering strategy for integrating TwelveLabs into customer ecosystems.
Build scalable deployment patterns and automations to move from bespoke to repeatable solutions.
Partner with Product and Engineering to embed deployment requirements into architecture.
