Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a Senior Staff Nurse to lead and mentor the interdisciplinary hospice care team in southeast Broward County. This role supports daily operations, participates in QAPI initiatives, and serves as a clinical resource for nursing staff and aides.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• 2+ years hospice experience is a plus.
• 1 year supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality and compliance activities.
• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides.
