Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader within the interdisciplinary hospice care team in southeast Broward County. This is a part-time position.

You will collaborate with the Care Team Manager, provide leadership in QAPI initiatives, conduct supervisory visits, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions with the Care Team Manager.
• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality and compliance activities.
• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance and support.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team, supporting the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in South east Broward county. This is a Part time position.

What you'll do:

What you'll need:

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
