Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Sr. Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader within the interdisciplinary hospice care team in the Palm Beach County area. You will mentor staff and coordinate daily team operations to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

The role emphasizes leading QAPI initiatives, providing guidance to nurses and aides, and partnering with the Care Team Manager to uphold standards of care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license is required.
• Hospice experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions with the Care Team Manager.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality and compliance activities.
