Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Sr. Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader within the hospice care team, guiding daily operations and mentoring nursing staff in Palm Beach County, Florida.

This role emphasizes quality improvement, supervisory responsibilities, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver compassionate end-of-life care and Full Life Care for All. Florida RN license and BLS are required, with 2+ years hospice preferred, plus EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years hospice experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality and compliance activities.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Sr. Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team, supporting the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in the Palm Beach County Area. What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned.
• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance, consultation, and support.

What you'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience is a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver's license.
