Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Sr. Staff Nurse to lead and mentor the interdisciplinary hospice team in Palm Beach County. You will coordinate daily operations, guide clinical functions, and advance quality and compliance initiatives.

You will serve as a frontline clinical resource, collaborating with care managers and nursing staff to deliver compassionate end-of-life care with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida is required.
• BLS certification is required at hire.
• Hospice experience is a plus and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills expected.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily team operations with the Care Team Manager.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality/compliance tasks.
• Serve as first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and aides.
