Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Senior Staff Nurse to act as a clinical leader and mentor within an interdisciplinary hospice care team in northeast Broward County.

You will collaborate to coordinate daily team operations, provide guidance, and lead QAPI initiatives to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. The role includes supervisory visits and serving as a resource for nursing staff and aides.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida (RN).
• Minimum 2 years hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.
