What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in supporting the establishment of a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to meet business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system design and implementation
- Lead design sessions and discussions with Finance Leaders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data processing and transformation projects
- Support the development of project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and SQL for data processing and transformation
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and financial reporting tools
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Sound understanding of project management techniques and best practices
