What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for building a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Lead design sessions and ensure systems are well-designed and meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business and functional specifications into technical specifications
- Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries and ETL jobs
- Deep Finance domain expertise for interpreting process and functional needs into system solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart along with various Financial Reporting tools
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle
