What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to build and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Drive effective discussions to capture, transform, and utilize Finance data to meet business goals
- Design and implement solutions for data ingestion and transformation projects
- Support the development of analytical solutions for Revenue and Expense reporting
- Ensure alignment between Finance and Technology through effective communication with stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data processing/transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Experience with cloud data solutions and Financial Reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with project management techniques and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
