What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Technology teams to build and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are well-designed
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions for data ingestion and transformation
- Support the development of revenue and expense analytical solutions and project roadmaps
- Share best practices and improve processes across teams to enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and Dimensional Data Modeling
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience implementing or supporting analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
