What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical expertise to support Finance departments and organizational needs
- Collaborate with Finance leaders and Technology teams to ensure efficient system design and implementation
- Analyze business and functional specifications to translate them into technical specifications
- Support the development and maintenance of a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse and analytical solutions
- Implement governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews while ensuring alignment with long-term goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica and DBT
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and finance data processing
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with cloud data solutions such as Delta Lake, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Knowledge of FP&A budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
