What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to set strategies for financial data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are efficient
- Support the delivery of technology solutions for financial reporting and analytics
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and Financial Reporting tools
- Strong working knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Deep Finance domain expertise to work with senior Finance leaders
