What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive solutions to support Finance Systems and departmental needs using functional and technical expertise
- Collaborate across functions throughout the software lifecycle to ensure efficient system design

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with Finance Systems and industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with Finance Data Lakes/Warehouses and financial reporting tools
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and data processing/transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
- Experience implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
