What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to develop and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Engage in cross-functional design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are efficient
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions
- Support the development of a technology roadmap for Finance data management
- Implement controls and governance frameworks for SOX and audit compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools for data processing and transformation
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and forecasting processes
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively
