ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to own strategy and execution across AI-powered product experiences in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

The role requires shipping AI or data-powered products at meaningful scale, with data-driven prioritization, stakeholder management, and mentorship of junior PMs. You’ll influence senior partners and collaborate with engineering and data science to shape a scalable AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with hands-on AI or data-powered shipping.
• Proven ability to write clear, senior-level strategy, requirements and prioritization docs.
• Strong data sense and the ability to drive prioritization with product analytics and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution across a broad AI product portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design.
• Define roadmaps and prioritization frameworks with data-backed decisions.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise execution standards across the team.
• Influence senior stakeholders through clear, evidence-based tradeoffs.
