ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager for Conversational AI to own the roadmap, vision, and requirements for AI features. You will translate customer feedback into prioritized improvements while guiding the product strategy to position the company for growth beyond $10B in revenue.

This role requires coordinating across multiple teams and delivering high-quality, end-to-end customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision making.
12+ years of software or enterprise product management experience.
Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high impact activities.
Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a roadmap.
Deep curiosity about customer needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Strong understanding of conversational AI, generative AI, or related tech.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap, vision and requirements for conversational AI features.
Turn customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap priorities.
Guide product strategy to support growth to $10B+ in revenue.
Communicate product priorities and build consensus.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
Define testing, telemetry, quality, and performance requirements.
Partner with engineering and design to deliver effective end-to-end customer experience.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
