Moveworks is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to expand the Agentic AI Harness & Quality capabilities, building AI-native features for enterprise assistants. You will tune, evaluate, and deploy agents using frontier LLMs, supported by a data-centric approach and an annotation team to ensure privacy-preserving datasets.

This role emphasizes performance—latency, reliability, and end-to-end user impact—within a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.

Formación

• Production-grade code delivery with unit tests and evaluated model/prompt updates.
• Solid grasp of LLM and agent evaluation fundamentals for agent actions and generated text.
• Attention to data quality for eval datasets.
• API contracts considerations for platform features.

Responsabilidades

• Ship product improvements with production-grade code and validated updates to models, prompts, and context data.
• Improve agent performance across accuracy, latency, reliability, and end-to-end user experience.
• Build and maintain AI harness components and evaluation benchmarks.
• Collaborate with web and chat platform teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
