Job summary

Moveworks is expanding its agentic AI capabilities and is seeking an experienced software engineer with machine learning expertise to join the team. You will work in a data-centric, eval-driven environment, leveraging best-in-class LLMs and multimodal models to enhance enterprise AI experiences.

You will contribute to a high-performance AI platform, collaborate with other engineering functions, and help deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve user interactions and task automation.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade ML systems and services.
• Strong knowledge of ML fundamentals, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one systems language (Golang) for backend and tooling.
• Familiarity with large language models and agentic AI concepts.
• Experience with data-centric development, experimentation, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Apply software engineering, ML, and AI system engineering to create lasting value for customers.
• Improve agent behavior for reliability and usefulness in real-world interactions.
• Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI components and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship improvements rapidly and safely.
