Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Agentic AI Harness & Quality team. You will drive production-ready AI agent systems, tackle scalable engineering challenges, and collaborate with ML, security, product, and UX teams to deliver enterprise AI at scale.

You will write robust, high-quality code in Python, Go, or Java, mentor peers, and help push the frontier of AI agents that automate complex workflows for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience designing, building, and improving production systems, ideally at scale.
• Ability to think and communicate clearly about complex engineering problems and systems.
• Desire to ship at startup pace with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Tackle engineering challenges to build reliable AI agent systems at scale.
• Implement frontier AI algorithms and productionize them.
• Use ML, LLMs, and AI agents to enhance products and user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across ML, security, product, UX, and customer success.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
