Moveworks is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to help shape the Agentic AI Harness & Quality platform. You will design and optimize distributed systems, build scalable AI agents, and lead technical initiatives across ML, security, and product teams.

You will collaborate with world-class engineers to advance enterprise AI capabilities, improve performance, and deliver reliable experiences for customers at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience designing, building, and improving production systems.
• Proficient in Python, Golang, and/or Java for scalable software.
• Willingness to mentor peers and lead engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve reliable AI agent systems at scale.
• Prototype and productionize frontier AI algorithms.
• Improve latency, memory, and execution environments for agents.
