Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior SRE Manager to build and lead high-performing engineering teams in a remote-first environment.

You will drive reliability, scale, and collaboration across SRE, Development, Security and Operations to protect our cloud-native platform. You will partner with executive leadership to set strategic reliability initiatives, establish SLOs, and mentor engineers to deliver resilient systems at scale.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven ability to lead distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
Experience driving reliability initiatives and platform scale across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Build and lead high-performing engineering teams through mentorship, coaching, and career development.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between SRE, Development, Security, and Operations to improve resilience.
Partner with executives to define and execute reliability initiatives.
Establish relationships with peer leaders to align on technical direction.
Lead organizational change to improve processes and engineering excellence.
Guide architectural decisions impacting system reliability and scalability.
Drive adoption of SRE best practices and oversee SLOs.
