Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a remote-first SRE organization. You will drive infrastructure evolution, manage an eight-person SRE team, and align platform decisions with business goals across velocity, cost, and risk.

Responsibility includes shaping policy-driven, agentic infrastructure and collaborating with security, architecture, and developer enablement teams. You will influence the delivery roadmap, foster high performance, and mentor engineers to

5+ years hands-on in SRE/DevOps/infrastructure
3+ years directly managing teams in related roles
Strong opinions on infrastructure design and automation
Hiring manager experience with high-performance teams
Able to work in a remote-first, asynchronous culture

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of Invoca's infrastructure.
Own the rolling 3-month delivery plan and team performance.
Build infrastructure with agents in mind and enable policy-driven changes.
Define boundaries between infrastructure and product teams and drive adoption.
Translate platform decisions into business outcomes like velocity, cost, and revenue impact.
