Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior SRE Manager to build and lead high-performing teams across our cloud-native platform. You will drive reliability initiatives, promote collaboration between SRE, Development, Security, and Operations, and partner with executives to shape technical direction.

You will oversee architecture decisions, establish SLOs, and champion automation and IaC while guiding distributed teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience working across organizational boundaries
• Strong design & problem-solving skills
• Excellent executive presence and communication

Responsibilities

• Build and lead cohesive, high-performing teams across SRE and product groups
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve system resilience
• Partner with executives to define reliability initiatives and priorities
• Establish strong relationships with peer leaders to align technical direction
• Oversee implementation of SLOs and reliability metrics and promote IaC practices
• Guide architectural decisions to improve scalability and reliability
