Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the evolution of our infrastructure in a remote-first US role. You will guide a team of 8 SREs, shape the 3-month delivery plan, and drive policy-driven, agentic infrastructure improvements aligned with business outcomes.

You will work to move systems to managed Kubernetes, reduce operational burden, and partner across security, architecture and development teams to ensure scalable, reliable platform delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in an SRE/DevOps/infrastructure role and 3+ years directly managing teams.
• Strong depth across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes.
• In-depth experience with IaC and policy-based governance (Terraform, policy-as-code).

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Invoca's infrastructure and decide what to run in-house vs. managed services.
• Own the 3-month delivery plan and manage a team of 8 SREs.
• Build agentic infrastructure with AI-first collaboration in mind.
• Translate platform decisions into business outcomes for leadership and product teams.
