Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a growing SRE team and shape the infrastructure that powers our AI-enabled platform. This remote-first role is based in the United States with Austin-area collaboration as needed.

You will own platform reliability, drive IaC and GitOps adoption, and partner with security, architecture, and product leadership to ship scalable, observable systems that improve velocity, cost efficiency, and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in SRE/DevOps/infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years directly managing teams in related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Invoca's infrastructure and decide what to run in-house vs. managed services.
• Own the 3-month delivery plan and manage a team of 8 SREs.
• Drive agentic development: AI-assisted infra, self-service paths, and safe automation.
• Collaborate with Dev Enablement, Infosec, and architecture on cross-team decisions.
• Translate platform decisions into business metrics: velocity, cost, risk, trust.
