• Hands-on expertise across AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC, and policy-driven infrastructure.
• Experience hiring and coaching senior engineers in a remote-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Invoca's infrastructure and decide what to run in-house vs managed.
• Oversee transition to managed Kubernetes while preserving in-house expertise.
• Own 3-month delivery plan and manage a team of 8 SREs.
• Collaborate with architecture, Infosec, and Developer Enablement to align strategy.
