Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team that runs the reliability of our AI-powered revenue platform. You’ll shape infrastructure strategy, drive Kubernetes adoption, and partner with security, architecture, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure services.

Based in the United States (Denver area preferred) with a remote-first culture, you’ll own the 3-month delivery plan, cultivate strong engineering practices, and ensure high availability,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in SRE/DevOps roles, with 3+ years directly managing teams.
• Deep depth across Cloud platforms: AWS and GCP.
• Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), policy-as-code for governing it.
• GitOps and continuous delivery with ArgoCD and Atlantis.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Linux administration (Chef) and MySQL experience.
• Significant experience as a hiring manager, building and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Decide what to run in-house vs managed, applying the test system across services.
• Migrate from self-hosted to managed Kubernetes while preserving expertise.
• Reduce operational load to free capacity for development work.
• Own the technical direction of the platform and coordinate with product, security, and architecture.
